Evaluating vendors on both their ‘ability to deliver immediate benefit’ and their ‘ability to meet client future requirements’, vendors are identified in one of four categories: Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators, and Major Players.

The report acknowledged Capgemini’s focus on digital transformation and differentiating capabilities to support healthcare payer clients to remain agile and competitive in a changing market, by offering solutions for digital consulting and BPO services in plan design, enrolment and eligibility, billing and collections, claims administration, member and provider administration, and care management.
