NelsonHall Names Capgemini a Leader in Healthcare BPS 2021 in its latest NelsonHall (Vendor) Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT).

The NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT) analysed the performance of vendors offering healthcare payer business process services. Evaluating vendors on both their ‘ability to deliver immediate benefit’ and their ‘ability to meet client future requirements’, vendors are identified in one of four categories: Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators, and Major Players.

Capgemini was acknowledged as a Leader by NelsonHall in the ‘Operations Transformation’ market segment, reflecting its ability to deliver immediate benefits to its Healthcare clients, as well as meeting their future requirements.


The report acknowledged Capgemini’s focus on digital transformation and differentiating capabilities to support healthcare payer clients to remain agile and competitive in a changing market, by offering solutions for digital consulting and BPO services in plan design, enrolment and eligibility, billing and collections, claims administration, member and provider administration, and care management.
