  • Participates in developing new technical solutions to elaborate Industry specific value propositions
  • Supports GAM/KAM/AM in offer selling to their accounts

Your role

  • Contributes to Sales development on specific technical offers
  • Identifies, selects and prioritizes major business opportunities to focus on, in accordance with the expectations of Belgium Sales team and the instructions of the Division Director
  • Contributes to prospection & pre-sales activities and is involved in customer meetings
  • Identifies & coordinates experts for proposals setup in response to RFI or RFP/RFQ
  • Participates in the pricing strategy with the BDM/AM/ KAM and GPO team as per the costing strategy defined
  • Supports value propositions development and related “go- to- market”
  • Train the Sales Team on Engineering Value Proposition
  • Builds up the local solution strategy and roadmap with the Division Director
  • Identifies and alerts on potential risk related to the project and profitability optimization
  • Participate to internal or external events (workshops, seminars, etc.)
  • Ensures the local monitoring and reporting (eg SalesForce) on his/her solution and initiates communication plan if needed

Your profile

  • Master degree or any five to ten years of academic degree (Engineering School or Business Administration, etc…)
  • Technical profile familiar with marketing, sales & pre-sales and project management
  • Multidisciplinary profile mixing project and technical backgrounds with business development or marketing culture
  • Owns a technical background in CAPEX project management, engineering , automation and qualification
  • Able to set-up and manage complex engineering projects
  • Interpersonal soft skills to interface various populations
