Your role
The Business Development Manager is a sales representative who focuses on a multitude of accounts within the High-Tech / Semicon business
- Develops overall market share, generates leads through active prospection, detecting opportunities
- Promotes and sells key offers with the support of Solution Managers
- Detects, selects, prioritizes and manages major opportunities to focus on
- Ensures client satisfaction and client intimacy, doing client power/influence mapping
- Identifies & summarizes client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning
- Manages the relationship with the client (contract, purchase order, cash collection)
- Ensures client satisfaction and client intimacy, doing client power/influence mapping
- Identifies & summarizes client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning
- Collaborates with the Team managers on the business transformation of the accounts while improving the footprint of Capgemini Engineering in both the contingency and consultancy services business
Your profile
- You hold ideally a Master’s degree in digital electronics or electrical engineering
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in the field of consulting and/or the service business development in the High Tech/ Electronics (Semicon) industry (preferably as a Sales Account Manager or Business Manager)
- You have affinity for cutting edge technology & embedded electronics, CEM, DFM, DFT, PCBA, CMOS, RF, FPGA, Cadence, …
- You are customer centric
- You know how to work with demanding business stakeholders
- You apply a structured and straight-forward approach to high-tech & complex projects
- You have business drive and acumen
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and business management skills
- You value business growth and people development
- You are a Dutch or French speaker and fluent in English
