Your challenge as HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner, you advise the management of a department, both solicited and unsolicited within the Human Resource spectrum. The advice you give includes everything regarding the employee journey, that is needed to let our talents excel. This includes recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, remuneration and appreciation, employee experience, wellbeing, mobility, pyramid management (building the people unit), employability and retention. Typical topics in which your people-oriented and accessible attitude plays a big role.
Your challenge as coordinator of operational HR tasks
Coordinating more operational HR matters in an Agile way of working. This includes the roll-out of the HR annual processes, the application of the HR policy, the employment conditions, the HR instruments, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Efficiency, process optimization, process explanation and customer focus are important elements in this role.

What else do you bring?
- Master’s degree in HR Management
- At least 5 years of experience within the HR domain
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- High level of energy, bold attitude with an eye for improvement
- Strong planning and organization skills, high level of accuracy
- At true team player with strong stakeholder management skills
