Your role
As Recruiter, together with the Subco Staffing Center team, and in close cooperation with your colleagues from the Staffing team, you are responsible for the sourcing of External Subcontractors for Capgemini’s clients in the BeLux region . Focus will be on increasing the hit-rate from our preferred suppliers and to identify and close any gaps in our preferred supplier list.
Daily activities:
You will take care of the coordination with regard to the placement and filling of all open vacancies concerning external subcontractors:

Pre-screening CVs of freelancers;

Negotiating hourly rates;

Switching between the internal customer, suppliers and freelancers;

Building a Talent Pool;

Optimizing and monitoring the end-to-end processes;

Build relationships with internal customers, BPO team and suppliers to generate optimal collaboration;
You will coordinate the requests in our VMS tool (Vendor Management System).
You will also be responsible for analyzing and generating various reports.
Your place in the organization
This role will be specific for our Technology Services Business Unit in BeLux. You will work closely with the Technology Services BU with a direct reporting line to the COO as well in to the BeNeLux Subco Staffing Center.
The Subo Staffing Center is an internal Managed Service Provider (MSP), which is responsible on behalf of Capgemini for the execution of all tactical and operational work arising from the hiring of external parties. The Subco Staffing Center is constantly innovating and falls under the responsibility of Group Procurement.

Who we are looking for?

Initial duration of the assignment will be 3 to 6 months, with a possibility for an extension.

Location is Belgium, our office is in Diegem, but we are currently mainly working from home.

At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained on an MSP, RPO program.

Good knowledge of IT profiles.

Good commercial and negotiation skills.

Result-oriented.

Ambitious and proactive, focused on cooperation.

Positively critical and convincing personality with a good sense of (internal) relationships and strong communication skills.

Good command of the English, Flemish and/or French language.

Experience with a VMS is an advantage.
