YOUR JOB:

▪ CPQ consultant responsible for developing, and assessing business processes and related impact on the organization

▪ Collaborate with both functional, technical and development teams to perform work in support of our clients

▪ Judging trade-offs between technology, feasibility and best practice to make choices that fit the constraints of the project

▪ Provide technical expertise, scope and drive creation of digital solutions and integrations

▪ Gather requirements to design a scalable solution and ensure alignment with standards and policies

▪ Perform platform configuration, data model design and component implementation

▪ Self-educate as well as the team and the client on technology innovations, business practices and third-party solutions

▪ Design and maintain the platform blueprint

▪ Identify and design solutions to close platform gaps in support and acceleration of the team

▪ Drive continuous improvement by identifying, creating and enhancing systems and processes

▪ Contribute to the growth of our Capgemini Salesforce team through coaching, knowledge transfer, and teamwork

▪ Share lessons learnt and be part of our Salesforce community.

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

YOUR PASSPORT:

· At least two years of experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation

· Deep understanding of the Lead-To-Cash process, experience outside CPQ would be a plus

· Knowledge of alternative CPQ solution is a huge plus

· Salesforce Billing experience could be a great addition

· Salesforce platform knowledge and administrating abilities

· Salesforce Sales, Service, Field Service and Experience certifications are nice to have

· Experience in ERP systems integration is also nice to have

· Willing to work Agile or hybrid, knowledge of these is an advantage

· Intellectual curiosity with strong learning ability focusing on development

· Keen to work in international environment

· Fluent in EN and NL or FR
