I find it highly rewarding to help companies innovate and adapt so they may thrive for decades to come. I am a Principal at Capgemini responsible for supporting the ambitions of energy companies and helping to drive their growth. I focus on solving crucial issues as they shift their business away from conventional oil, gas, and power generation and adopt innovative strategies, such as transitioning to renewables. I work with executives to establish strategic plans and execute technology strategies and process improvements to achieve greater ROI. I bring a different perspective to discussions to take these leaders through changes. For this effort, I count upon my experience in managing and delivering numerous engagements and acting as a chief of staff for a large organizational transition. Some of my recent work includes:
• Designing an operational-efficiency exercise for a $35-billion energy business
• Revamping business processes for an energy consortium to support $1 billion of new inventory for emergency response
• Developing a three-year growth strategy to achieve significant, multi-year top-line growth, which included new processes, offerings, and communications to support go-to-market functions.
Apart from supporting our clients, I also work to expand my knowledge and become a thought leader in oil and gas, renewables, and other domains within the energy sector. I also hold an MBA in finance and strategy.
In my spare time, I volunteer at organizations that support early childhood education and development through the Junior League of Houston.
