I lead the CX Ecosystem team for the Capgemini Group, and am responsible for developing our Group’s strategy and overseeing the execution of market business plans with our partners. I am passionate about using data to drive the customer experience management and customer relationship management domains in fulfilling their potential for end customers.
I am focused on building transformational partnerships within customer experience to drive strategic growth. This has enabled me to collaborate with a broad range of leaders in the technology and software fields in the cloud and digital domains. I actively apply this experience in guiding my teams to execute the strategic business plans we deliver with our partners for our clients.
Recent work includes:
- Driving accelerated client transformations at scale through our partnership with Adobe, resulting in great benefits for engagements in the Americas, Europe, and APAC regions
- Supporting our global sector and practice growth initiative’s in delivering speed to market with our partners for increased value generation.

Prior to Capgemini, I worked for large India HQ-ed IT consulting companies. During this time, I worked to build successful IT consulting businesses across sectors, including technology, hi-tech, semiconductor, telecommunications, and media.
In my spare time, I am active in promoting key initiatives around innovation, diversity, climate change, and human economics. I also support several non-profit and charity organizations.
I am passionate about understanding people through history, culture, food, music, politics, and more. I enjoy connecting with new people from different places and backgrounds.
