We asked her what it takes to be a successful technology entrepreneur in today\u2019s complex world.<\/h2><p class=\"intro-para-content\">Fella has worked at Capgemini for four years as lead innovator, UX designer, and now, business analyst. This year, she was included on IBM\u2019s Women Leaders in AI list for France \u2013 a prestigious international roster of women pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence .<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-thinking-like-a-tech-entrepreneur\">Thinking like a tech entrepreneur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked what it takes to be a successful technology entrepreneur, Fella says that, for her, being a technology entrepreneur involves staying ahead of the curve and keeping your eyes open. \u201cThe field of data science advances extremely quickly and, to keep pace, you have to remain curious,\u201d she says. \u201cThis benefits you by renewing your stock of knowledge and challenging your accepted paradigms.\u201d&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>However, the most important lessons she\u2019s learned are about human beings. \u201cAll my projects have related to people and the changing social landscape we inhabit. This has opened my mind and made me more tolerant of myself and others.\u201d&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Moreover, organizations that nurture an entrepreneurial culture will find themselves rewarded, says Fella. \u201cSuch an approach encourages employees to develop their skills and push themselves further. says Fella.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-women-leaders-in-ai\">Women leaders in AI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This project led to Fella\u2019s inclusion on the IBM list, and it demonstrates how an entrepreneurial approach can bring success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s a great honor to have been included in this list and see my work recognized globally,&#8221; she says. &#8220;It makes me more ambitious to go further. I\u2019m also extremely proud to be among these incredible women. That\u2019s been one of the huge benefits: making connections all over the world and learning about the capabilities of AI for other applications.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Fella is pleased to be personally recognized, she sees the award as crucial in fostering a more inclusive and balanced future for AI. &#8220;According to the World Economic Forum, only 26% of the global AI workforce are women. This competition matters because it encourages women to take part in AI projects.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;AI is going to shape the world for the next 50 years,&#8221; says Fella. &#8220;It\u2019s vital that men and women are equally involved in this project to ensure systems reflect the gender equality of the world and to guard against bias.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-words-of-advice\">Words of advice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTo be entrepreneurial, we must always stay in motion,\u201d says Fella. \u201cDraw energy from a group because no-one can innovate on their own.
