In addition, Capgemini took home the award for \u2018Inclusion of Trans and Gender Diverse Employees\u2019 for the second time and was presented the Sally Webster Ally Award.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;AWEI&nbsp;is Australia\u2019s definitive national benchmark on LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion and is the largest national employee survey that measures the impact of inclusion initiatives on organisational culture.
