Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?
I have a lot of variety as I share my time between engaging with accounts, clients, and our consultants out on assignments, to working with the global enterprise transformation and corporate experience leadership teams and, of course, my local teams in Sweden and Finland as well.
What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?
The best thing about Capgemini is the people and the team spirit – so many smart and knowledgeable colleagues ready to help and always really nice and fun to work with!
What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?
In addition to being proud of my colleagues and the great work we do for our clients, I feel especially proud of our recognition as a truly ethical company and of our engagement in sustainability for a better future.
How are you working towards getting the future you want?
I sponsor the Invent for Society team and pro bono activities for Sweden and Finland where we focus on building sustainability and carbon reduction into much more of the work we do. I am also proud of what my clients are doing to impact society. When we help them become even better and grow, it helps ensure a better tomorrow for society as a whole and also for our children, who can hopefully find engaging work with thriving companies that have sound culture and values.
What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?
Be curious and take on new assignments with the ambition to learn and do reach out to colleagues for help and coaching. Together, we are always better and stronger.
