Having the opportunity work across multiple clients has helped me understand more about business environments and has made me develop a higher level of confidence which in turn has shown me how to adapt and work within new projects and clients.
What was it that drew you to a career at Capgemini originally and how has the company changed since you joined?
Capgemini is one of the global leaders in Consulting and technology services. It also has one of the best middleware services portfolio in the industry. Coming from a Mulesoft background it was never a difficult choice for me joining Capgemini.

What are you passionate about in your role?
I enjoy working as a Middleware SME. It gives me the opportunity to interact with a lot of stakeholders, Developers and Analysts which helps me learn new technology and solutions as part of every day.
What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?
Working as an Integration Consultant, I spend a lot of time providing solutions to real world integration problems. I focus on developing robust solutions for my clients while keeping an eye for creating Re-usable assets. There is a lot of focus on envagalizing Mulesoft as an integration platform , Applications network and C4E Enabalement so I get to utilise my skills and knowledge with my clients to help them realise solutions to their problems.

The organizational culture is very good here, you always have colleagues to guide and help you. The L&D Division at Capgemini is 100% focused on helping all employees focus on developing their own careers. I recently completed my L0 Architecture Certifications and I’m preparing for my L1 Certifications now. This is exactly how I want my career to progress but still knowing that the company I work for has my career development as a focus really helps.
