Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) provides client advisory and delivery services in Hybrid Cloud, Workplace Services, Security, Service Desk and Service Management.
Role and Accountabilities:

As a skilled ServiceNow Developer your skills may include:

  • Configuration and scripting skills in ServiceNow
  • Design, development, implementation and support of technical or process solutions relating to ServiceNow and its services
  • ServiceNow in solution design and conducting workshops
  • CreateNow / Custom Application, Service Portal, Service Catalog experience preferred
  • Practical experience with design, review, implementation and support of the ServiceNow product / solution
  • Understanding of or experience delivering technical solutions for one or more of the following business processes – IT Service Management (ITSM) / Enterprise Service Management, IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Management, Customer Service Management (CSM), Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM), Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Commercial software development experience with any programming language (preferably Server-side JavaScript)
  • Practical technical experience and broad technical/industry understanding (e.g. software implementations, process, integration, SSO, LDAP)
  • Understanding of IT Service Management ITSM / Enterprise Service Management and relevant technical principles
  • Those with ITOM/Service Mapping and Discovery experience as below will be highly regarded:
  • Experience creating and validating Service Maps for key applications
  • Experience day to day administration of the Service Now Service Mapping tool, including mapping additional defined business services into the tool
  • Maintain the integrity of the Service Mapping tool across production and non-production environments
