Our Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.
Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Documenting user requirements – conducting interviews, workshops, surveys, develop use cases to document the requirements and maintain project document/artifact repositories
- Working closely with the broader IT group i.e. developers, architects and data BA’s
- Conducting workshops with business and technical SMEs
- Work with testing teams to create system / user acceptance test plans, execute test cases, review system/use cases and provide requirements clarifications
- Reviewing business processes and documents
- Mapping security classifications of data and integration
- Capturing requirements around older systems and mapping against new solution
- Current and target state analysis for security models
Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:
Strong stakeholder and engagement skills with demonstrated experience in analysing problems, conducting gap and root cause analysis, identifying root cause problems/events and transforming requirements into technical documentation.
Experience working as an integration/data and technical analyst, across Agile / Waterfall delivery models.
Experience in mapping data and integrations to ISM information classification model.
Experience in mapping security models across current and target state systems within a core platform transformation and or migration program.
Strong user acceptance testing experience
Document security and or other requirements
Work with business stakeholders to identify data security required to support current and target state business processes.
Demonstrated superior communication capabilities (both oral and written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of the ISM data classification model
Experience in mapping ISM controls to requirements and tracing to solutions
Highly developed computer literacy in products – Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
