About the Role
Working within our delivery team providing consultancy and architecture expertise to external clients, you’ll have the opportunity to be placed on assignments in any sector and of projects varying size and degrees of complexity. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of full solutions, analysis of business requirements as well as configuration of SAP HCM, SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors.
Your will work with some of the best SAP functional and technical specialists in the business focussed on successful project delivery. You will take accountability for ensuring that the end-to-end solutions we create for our customers fulfil their expectations of high quality and cost-effectiveness
Most Importantly about you:
- Previous experience as a SAP HR Functional consultant including experience in SAP Payroll and Successfactors.
- Demonstrated experience in a full life cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent Payroll process knowledge
- Thorough understanding of HR functions
- Advanced consulting and client facing experience
- Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid implementation, configuration, functional and technical experience
