Our services are highly industrialized, underpinned by robust SLAs, based on industry-standard best practices, and delivered by a cost-effective mix of onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.  Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities

This role will push you to utilize your existing C# / .NET skills and apply them to supporting an application or set of applications. You should be capable of handling many aspects of the application, including but not limited to performance, scalability, security, and testing. Interaction with the business and customers will be part of your daily life in ensuring excellent support to the suite of applications. 

Software Engineering: 

  • Analyses business requirements, business processes, and technical architectures. Designs and uses them as the basis for the Software Engineering solution. 
  • Defines and analyses Software Engineering methods and advises on best fit solutions and techniques. 
  • Develops expertise in Software Engineering Tools, Software Engineering Environment configuration and management, and Software Engineering Data Management. 
  • Keeps up to date with trends, roadmaps, and developments in all areas of Software Engineering. 
  • Contributes to/develops good practice in Software Engineering techniques. 
  • Applies productivity improvement techniques within the Software Architecture strategy. 
  • Develops expertise in verification and validation at all stages of the delivery lifecycle. 

Technical Solution Design: 

  • Proposes technical solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations and complements delivery of Capgemini’s SLAs. 
  • Articulates the proposed solution and benefits accurately and persuasively, reflecting the client’s interests or concerns. 
  • Estimates maintenance costs that are realistic, based on effort required, value delivered, and client’s expectations. 
  • Ensures that the solution aligns with Capgemini Group strategy. 

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:  

  • 5+ Years of experience on software development with good understanding of SDLC 
  • Visual Studio 2017 or latest, with framework 4 or greater 
  • Must have Strong experience on HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax/jQuery/ASP.NET, C# language and /or VB.Net  
  • Experience using MS SQL Server 
  • Experience on Web services and WCF (REST) and .NET Core 
  • Professional experience across at least one full project lifecycle 
  • Adjusts positively to situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, simultaneous demands, or transitions into new assignments 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and high attention to detail
