- new business development / strategic relationship management with target clients
- core banking transformation
- provide banking digital transformation thought leadership
- banking customer experience (CX) transformation
- lead a team of banking subject matter experts (SMEs) / banking ‘Centre of Excellence’ (CoE)
- delivery and program management of consulting, technology implementation and outscourcing engagements across the banking industry
- partner with third party providers including AWS, Microsoft, Temenos, Guidewire, MuleSoft & Salesforce, amongst others, to curate the best ICT solutions for customers
- assist Capgemin’s clients to embrace change
- act as the catalyst of innovation
- assist client’s readiness for disruption in this fast changing digital-first world

- several years’ Consulting and Services based leadership experience
- deep banking sector / industry experience and understanding
- mix of technical, solution architect, pre-sales and project / program management plus customer facing sales and relationship management experience
- go to market (GTM), strategic and commercial experience with P&L ownership
- fintech innovation and digital transformation experience
- AI / ML and data analytics
