The focus of your role

As a Senior Consultant specialising  in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strategy/Advisory,  you will help clients develop identity management strategies, help in definition, administration and tracking of access to system, cloud security strategies and provide business and technical leadership to support a client’s journey to cloud.

As a Consultant must be knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Communication is everything for a consultant, so we expect you to amaze us with your presentation skills & exceptional technical writing skills. We’re further looking for superior technical expertise and a problem-solving aptitude.

 Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

  • Working with clients and security architects to develop IAM strategies and roadmap
  • Research and evaluate new IAM security solutions
  • Working with clients  to develop IAM architecture (integrated processes, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with Capgemini’s reference IAM frameworks
  • Develop solutions and recommendations for technical and process challenges, emerging threats and technology changes
  • Leading the delivery of IAM turnkey solutions including onboarding of client applications
  • Provide SME support for the delivery team and clients and coordinate as needed with the technology vendors
  • Writing various IAM related documentation such as high-level design, business and governance documentation
  • Providing support to account leads through developing estimates, and dependencies to meet program outcomes.
  • Working with Architecture Lead to identify and develop opportunities
  • Working with other Capgemini, Vendor and Account experts at a global and local level 

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • Strong progressive IT experience with at least 3+ years as IAM consultant delivering enterprise solutions in the technology domain
  • IAM Subject Matter Expertise with at least 3+ years with architecture, design, development and implementation experience integrating security solution w/ business application and processes,
  • An analytical, business orientated mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical individuals
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to define IAM Strategies
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT delivery practices – Agile, DevOps, clouds
  • Strong client facing skills including presentation skills, both written and verbal
