Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
Capgemini is looking for an experienced Financial Crime Manager to lead the Financial Crime practice. You will play a key role in architecting and implementing financial crime compliance frameworks in accordance with all regulatory requirements and supporting customers to ensure key financial crime risk is effectively managed.
This will involve:
- Working with the team to build service offerings for mitigating risks and issues relating to Financial crime.
- Responding to RFI/RFP’s and engaging with clients on pitches and solution offerings for Financial crime.
- Building people, process and technology capability in the practice.
- Evaluating leading Financial crime solutions and partnering.
Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
- Prior professional experience in leading FinCrime compliance solutions.
- Excellent client relationship management experience and the ability to convert client requirements into a FCRM framework.
- Experience with implementing FinCrime compliance solutions and/or managing AML operations and experience with transaction monitoring, sanction screening, Know Your Customer, rregulatory reporting etc.
- Strong domain knowledge of banking governance, risk and compliance will be advantageous.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A ACAMS certification would be preferred.
