Senior/Lead Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

As a Lead/Senior Consultant within our Business Applications team you'll take ownership for the implementation, configuration and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM/ Customer Engagement projects to provide outstanding business solutions for a Microsoft Gold Partner. You'll conduct Dynamics Solutions demos and presales presentations, building those customer relationships from the get-go. You'll work in partnership with our clients, advising them how to use Dynamics to meet their business objectives within agreed timelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate workshops
  • Take ownership of consultancy, configuration engagements and solution delivery
  • Develop solution prototypes to prove solution approach and design
  • Participate in presales presentations and demonstrations and provide input for RFI/RFPs



Required experience: 


  • Extensive commercial experience in installation, configuration and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement solutions
  • Presales to final delivery; ensuring that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet our client's business needs
  • Estimating services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories and development specifications
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and defend point of view
