Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

As Database Support lead engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Database Administration support services across a number of customers 
  • Troublshoot incidents, performacne tuning, resolution, monitoring and automation. 
  • Working in an Agile project environment

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience

  • 8+ Year’s Database administration and support experience
  • MSSQL, Postgres, MySQL database experience, within a project environment
  • Experience in database troubleshooting, incidents, performance tuning, resolution, monitoring and automation
  • Experience with, and strong understanding of databases on public cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
  • Tools Experience: Jira, Confluence

Good to Have:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle or SQL
  • Strong interpersonal & organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and flexible to learn based on above tools needs
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment
