About the Role
We are currently recruiting multiple roles across Sydney and Melbourne for our various projects driving our client’s business and technology related change.
As a Change Analyst (Consultant/Senior Consultant grade) in our People Transformation (PT) capability team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality change activities and interventions to our clients. You will be supported by our skilled Change Managers and be part of a highly collaborative practice applying Capgemini’s innovative Change Management methodologies leveraging principles such as design thinking, employee experience and behavioural science to delivering effective change solutions.
You’re a vibrant, collaborative, and energetic Change Analyst or Senior Change Analyst with 2+ years’ experience delivering change management interventions on transformation projects.
Your passion for, and knowledge of change management with:
- Great communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand the future state and empathise with the employee to understand what this means to the organisation and the people, and the ability to identify and plan the required change activities.
- Ability to identify and drive the training and development of the required future knowledge and capabilities.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and influence others.
- Ability to manage resistance to address it and push forward with positive results.
Ideally you will understand how to operate in project environments with a working knowledge of project management methodologies (i.e. Prince, Agile, Design Thinking) and be comfortable to confidently perform in a hybrid environment and provide insights on the appropriate use of different approaches and tools.
A qualification in Business, HR, Organisational Psychology, or Change Management (i.e. Prosci) will be highly regarded but not essential.
