‘Managed Services' is one of the service lines of Capgemini AU/NZ. It provides Application Managed Services.(AMS) and Digital Assurance & Quality Engineering (DAQE) services. The focus of AMS is Next Gen Application Development and Maintenance (ADM). ADM Service make up more than 65% of Capgemini total revenue. We have more than 100,000 ADM resources worldwide and 40 ADM service locations. Our clients count is ~ 500 clients globally. On an average for mid-size to large engagements, we support approx. 1,700 unique application instances. AMS Tickets resolved annually: more than 800,000. We deliver more than 500,000 hours of services automation across our top 30 accounts.

 

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: 

SAP HCM Payroll & SuccessFactors Consultant Supporting the ERP solution of the client. Providing Payroll support to the business team while Adhering to Business specific process & ensuring the completion of payroll activities on ERP applications namely SAP & SuccessFactors for all HR specific actions.

 

  • Supporting the ERP application namely SAP & SuccessFactors for all employee related transaction.
  • Support on employee central payroll on cloud & other integrating cloud services.
  • Configure Implement and deploy SAP payroll solutions- Legal changes, Support Packs.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to business team of client side on SAP Australian payroll.
  • Ensuring disbursements of Salary, bank file transfer & Payroll execution on Employee central payroll on cloud.
  • Supporting the ERP application namely SAP & SuccessFactors for all employee related transaction.
  • Support on employee central payroll on cloud & other integrating cloud services.
  • Configure Implement and deploy SAP payroll solutions- Legal changes, Support Packs.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to business team of client side on Australian payroll
  • Ensuring disbursements of Salary, bank file transfer & Payroll execution on Employee central payroll on cloud.
  • Assisting the payroll team in execution of pay, pre & post reporting, yearend processes, legal changes, Tax updates & posting to Finance etc.
  • Coaching & mentoring junior resources, leading the HR & fiancé team on Application managed services side.

 

Let's talk about your capability and experience: 

• Subject matter expert on Australian payroll

• Certified SAP SuccessFactors employee central practitioner.

• SAP HCM Functional consultant with close to 9 years of industry experience spanning across multiple implementation, support & migration projects.

• Successful track record of delivery of core SAP HCM solutions such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM), Personnel Cost Planning (PCP) & Payroll (PY).

• Good Knowledge on ESS/MSS, Performance management and Time management, Travel management & learning solutions.

• Implementation of Compensation management & personal cost planning, EC & ECP.

• SAP HCM experience in Mining, Retail, manufacturing, utilities and IT Software services sectors with exposure in countries such as South Africa, Great Britain & Australia, Germany, Russia. Supported the payroll for South Africa, UK & Australia………
