A seasoned leader with 20+ years’ experience at Capgemini. I started my career in Sales & Delivery across the TME sector handling large scale transformation projects in NA, South America, continental Europe, the UK and Nordics. In 2012, I took over a transformation role and subsequently headed the human resources function for the applications services business unit.

Today, as the Chief Learning Officer of Capgemini, I am focused on providing an integrated learning organization to make Capgemini our client’s digital transformation partner of choice, driving profitable growth and improving and enabling our learners to create their own learning journey.

I am also a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion and an executive sponsor of our UK Outfront chapter. Through focused activities and campaigns, we’ve been able to raise awareness and consistently improve our rankings in the Stone Wall Equality Index, a powerful benchmarking tool driving lgbt equality in the workplace. Currently, I am guiding Capgemini India on their Outfront their journey.
