As the Group Offer Leader (GOL) for AMS portfolio and as Europe AMS COE leader, I am responsible for increasing our market and mind share. I am responsible for the overall AMS bookings and sold margin. I drive this with the help of SBU COEs. My responsibility also includes demand generation, partners’ and advisors’ relationships, customer & social events & campaigns, deals and bookings. Focus is also to boost the revenue from the new age technologies and Digital in AMS bookings. My other functions include funnel tracking and preparation, and competency management COE teams.
