This August, we aimed to empower women by starting conversations and creating awareness through leadership, our brand and our community. Women@Capgemini Month sought to ask and answer questions, create awareness, encourage discussion and take actionable steps towards female empowerment – both within the organisation and beyond.
The theme was empowerment based on four weekly themes:
- Empowering women by creating awareness
- Female empowerment starts within
- Leaders empowering women
- Empowering women through our community
The events, as part of this Month, enabled us to hear a range of perspectives on what female empowerment means to different people and contexts. From the #IamRemarkable workshop aimed at empowerment at the individual level to Conversations for Change with engaging discussions on the big questions to partnerships with universities to inspire the next generation of consultants, there was something for everyone. But what connected every champion, every leader and every employee involved was the passion to drive positive change.
