Y los consumidores esperan m\u00e1s de ellos d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Si cumplen con estas crecientes expectativas, los asistentes conversacionales est\u00e1n en condiciones de transformar el panorama de la experiencia del cliente. Pero \u00bftienen las organizaciones la centralidad en el cliente y las capacidades organizacionales necesarias para implementar estas tecnolog\u00edas con \u00e9xito?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El apetito del consumidor est\u00e1 creciendo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el nuevo informe del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n de Capgemini, Smart Talk: C\u00f3mo las organizaciones y los consumidores est\u00e1n adoptando los asistentes de voz y chat, hablamos con m\u00e1s de 12,000 consumidores que han usado y contin\u00faan usando asistentes de voz y\/o chat y con 1,000 ejecutivos de empresas de consumo, retail, servicios financieros y automotriz. Encontramos lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los asistentes conversacionales se est\u00e1n generalizando: tanto los consumidores como las organizaciones los consideran cruciales para el compromiso y la experiencia del cliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La voz se est\u00e1 convirtiendo r\u00e1pidamente en la forma preferida de interacci\u00f3n de los consumidores para una serie de actividades, y est\u00e1 en aumento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muchas organizaciones ya est\u00e1n obteniendo beneficios significativos de los asistentes conversacionales: el 76% ha obtenido beneficios cuantificables gracias a ellos y el 58% dice que estos beneficios cumplieron o superaron sus expectativas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menos del 30% de las empresas muestran madurez en la interfaz conversacional, y el peque\u00f1o grupo que lo hace centra sus esfuerzos en factores relacionados con el consumidor, como ganarse la confianza, comprender las preferencias y satisfacer mejor las necesidades, as\u00ed como capacidades organizacionales, como crear conciencia y capacitar a sus empleados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfEst\u00e1n las empresas listas para entregar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las organizaciones que quieran aprovechar este crecimiento deben lograr un equilibrio entre las interacciones humanas y rob\u00f3ticas, deben equipar a sus asistentes conversacionales con caracter\u00edsticas adicionales y deben enfocarse en ganarse la confianza del consumidor al resolver los puntos d\u00e9biles y ser contextualmente relevantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los asistentes conversacionales son la clave para construir relaciones m\u00e1s profundas y valiosas con los clientes.
