Es obvio que esta cantidad de cables supone un alto coste, y una gran carga de trabajo, durante el dise\u00f1o, la instalaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content section--story-content article-body\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-proyecto-de-investigacion-en-conjunto\"><strong>Un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n en conjunto<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En el proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n &#8220;Printed Electrics&#8221;, Airbus en colaboraci\u00f3n con Capgemini Engineering investigan c\u00f3mo ahorrar estos costes repetitivos y c\u00f3mo reducir la cantidad total de cables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La impresi\u00f3n de componentes electr\u00f3nicos promete un ahorro de costes y reduce los esfuerzos de parametrizaci\u00f3n al automatizar el actual proceso de producci\u00f3n de arneses. Con componentes m\u00e1s integrados e &#8220;inteligentes&#8221;, tambi\u00e9n permite una arquitectura el\u00e9ctrica m\u00e1s eficiente de la cabina, lo que reduce la cantidad total de cables requeridos y, por tanto, el peso del avi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-antecedentes-de-los-aviones\"><strong>Antecedentes de los aviones<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta la creciente demanda de aviones de pasajeros, aumentar la eficiencia en la producci\u00f3n es clave para Airbus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la actualidad, la fabricaci\u00f3n e instalaci\u00f3n de los cables se realiza principalmente de forma manual. Como los cables se fabrican en el extranjero, pueden pasar varias semanas desde que se hace un pedido hasta que se entregan los arneses. Con impresoras altamente eficaces situadas junto a la l\u00ednea de montaje final, la electr\u00f3nica impresa podr\u00eda ser una respuesta a la demanda de mayor eficiencia y un medio para realizar cambios de \u00faltima hora en las cabinas altamente personalizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tecnologia\"><strong>Tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con tintas especiales llenas de part\u00edculas conductoras y procesos convencionales de eficacia demostrada, los circuitos el\u00e9ctricos pueden imprimirse directamente en finas pel\u00edculas de pol\u00edmero para crear conductores flexibles y ligeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero la electr\u00f3nica impresa es algo m\u00e1s que imprimir cables: con una combinaci\u00f3n de diferentes tintas, se pueden imprimir ciertas funcionalidades como sensores, luces fotovoltaicas, bater\u00edas e incluso &#8220;inteligencia&#8221; en forma de transistores. Al igual que en las placas de circuitos convencionales, tambi\u00e9n se pueden a\u00f1adir microchips en un proceso de &#8220;selecci\u00f3n y colocaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-restricciones\"><strong>Restricciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Como las capas met\u00e1licas impresas son finas y la conductividad de las f\u00f3rmulas de tinta actuales es aproximadamente el 95 % con respecto al material a gran escala, la tecnolog\u00eda no puede competir con los cables de cobre en las conexiones de alta potencia. Sin embargo, para la mayor\u00eda de los componentes el\u00e9ctricos de la cabina, como la iluminaci\u00f3n, los sensores o las pantallas de hasta varios cientos de vatios de consumo, es una soluci\u00f3n perfecta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-desafios\"><strong>Desaf\u00edos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para garantizar la seguridad de esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda, hay que seguir un exhaustivo proceso de cualificaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n, antes de que pueda formar parte de un avi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las pruebas m\u00e1s extremas incluyen la exposici\u00f3n a una llama abierta durante 12 segundos, el contacto con fluidos agresivos, temperaturas que van de -55 a 80 \u00b0C o los efectos de un rayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1 todav\u00eda en fase de investigaci\u00f3n, la experiencia positiva con las pruebas m\u00e1s exigentes da pie a confiar en que la certificaci\u00f3n de la primera pieza voladora con electr\u00f3nica impresa es posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aplicacion-beneficio\"><strong>Aplicaci\u00f3n \/ beneficio<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En una primera aplicaci\u00f3n, del galardonado &#8220;New InfoPanel&#8221;, se sustituyeron los arneses convencionales y las se\u00f1ales LED por un circuito impreso, lo que redujo el peso en m\u00e1s de un 30% y redujo dr\u00e1sticamente el tiempo de instalaci\u00f3n.
