nueva normalidad, las personas importan m\u00e1s que nunca.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo remoto estaba ganando terreno incluso antes de que llegara la pandemia. Pero hay algo m\u00e1s en juego que ahorrar en gastos generales para las empresas o las \u201coficinas\u201d para empleados junto a la playa en islas tropicales. A largo plazo, el \u00fanico modelo sostenible es el que ofrezca a los empleados y organizaciones flexibilidad y elecci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como agilidad y resiliencia a las compa\u00f1\u00edas. Con este nuevo estudio buscamos comprender la evoluci\u00f3n del \u201ctrabajo remoto\u201d hacia el \u201ctrabajo h\u00edbrido\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00faltimo informe del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n de Capgemini \u201c<em>El futuro del trabajo: de remoto a h\u00edbrido\u201d<\/em>, entrevistamos a 500 organizaciones y 5,000 empleados en todo el mundo y hablamos con acad\u00e9micos y ejecutivos. Descubrimos que el trabajo remoto es definitivamente la nueva normalidad: 75% de las organizaciones esperan que al menos 30% de sus empleados trabajen de forma remota, mientras que m\u00e1s del 30% espera que 70% de su fuerza laboral trabaje en remoto. A medida que avanzan en la transici\u00f3n, las organizaciones descubren que el trabajo remoto impuls\u00f3 la productividad y el ahorro de costos hasta en 24% en el tercer trimestre de 2020. Pero mientras que casi 70% de las empresas esperan que estos beneficios duren m\u00e1s que la pandemia, impulsados \u200b\u200bnotablemente por reducciones en bienes ra\u00edces, administraci\u00f3n de instalaciones y gastos de viaje, los empleados se sienten preocupados por las consecuencias a largo plazo, ya que el agotamiento comienza a pasar factura. De hecho, la mitad de los empleados con los que hablamos dijeron que renunciar\u00edan si el trabajo remoto fuera la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n que se les ofreciera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambio a un modelo de fuerza laboral h\u00edbrida es inevitable, pero no puede simplemente d\u00e1rsele al empleado una computadora port\u00e1til y una bonificaci\u00f3n para comprar una silla mejor. Las empresas deben centrarse en el empleado, en sus necesidades y comportamientos cambiantes. Solo cambiando la forma en que administran y lideran, reformulando los puntos de contacto de los empleados y reiniciando el rol del espacio de trabajo f\u00edsico, se crear\u00e1 un modelo verdaderamente h\u00edbrido y se ver\u00e1 la productividad mejorada, reducci\u00f3n de costos, los roles gerenciales renovados y el tejido cultural fortalecido; ese puede ser el resultado de esta nueva normalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la forma en que trabajamos se rige cada vez m\u00e1s por la inteligencia artificial, la nueva normalidad no ser\u00e1 nada sin una dimensi\u00f3n humana.
