aut\u00f3nomos. El 59% de las personas con las que hemos hablado los esperan con grandes expectativas. Adem\u00e1s, los consumidores tienen muy claros sus deseos, preocupaciones y est\u00e1n dispuestos a pagar un plus para recibirlos. En respuesta, las compa\u00f1\u00edas automotrices y de tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1n realizando importantes inversiones en hardware y software para hacer pruebas piloto de los veh\u00edculos. Pero, \u00bfest\u00e1n sus esfuerzos en sinton\u00eda con las demandas de los consumidores?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Capgemini decidi\u00f3 averiguarlo. En nuestro \u00faltimo informe hemos encuestado a 5.500 consumidores y a 280 ejecutivos de organizaciones l\u00edderes con el fin de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explorar la preparaci\u00f3n de los consumidores para los autos sin conductor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprender en profundidad, las expectativas de los consumidores respecto a los autos sin conductor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluar las inversiones de las compa\u00f1\u00edas automotrices en los autos sin conductor y examinar en qu\u00e9 aspectos corren el riesgo de desviarse de las expectativas de los consumidores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compartir recomendaciones sobre c\u00f3mo las organizaciones pueden acelerar el viaje hacia un futuro de autoconducci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra investigaci\u00f3n sugiere que las organizaciones que quieren ser pioneras en el campo de los carros autom\u00e1ticos deben empezar por entender las preocupaciones de los clientes y las expectativas de estos autos.
