Investigaci\u00f3n Capgemini, El desaf\u00edo de la \u00faltima milla: brindar a los clientes minoristas y de productos de consumo una experiencia de entrega superior sin impactar en la rentabilidad destaca las recomendaciones sobre c\u00f3mo los productos de consumo y las empresas minoristas en el segmento de alimentos y comestibles pueden enfocarse en el hogar tramo cuando se trata de la \u00faltima milla de entrega:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Externaliza la entrega y c\u00e9ntrate en las necesidades de los consumidores: los minoristas con un menor espacio en la tienda deben comenzar por colaborar inicialmente con los servicios de entrega de comestibles y centrarse m\u00e1s en las necesidades genuinas de los clientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimiza las ubicaciones de cumplimiento para reducir los costos de entrega: los minoristas deben equipar las tiendas para la entrega, aumentar el uso de bodegas para la entrega y alentar el uso del almacenamiento de \u00faltima milla y los puntos de recolecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatiza las operaciones de entrega para aumentar la rentabilidad: las operaciones de almac\u00e9n automatizadas, la automatizaci\u00f3n de la trastienda para la entrega y los pedidos de clic y recopilaci\u00f3n, y los veh\u00edculos de entrega aut\u00f3nomos brindan algunas opciones de automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomenta m\u00faltiples v\u00edas para los recursos de cumplimiento: los minoristas deben colaborar con los consumidores para las plataformas de distribuci\u00f3n
