Como era de esperar, \u00a1he elegido centrarme en asuntos de personas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas organizaciones a\u00fan no logran comprender completamente que las expectativas de sus empleados nativos digitales est\u00e1n establecidas por el mundo en el que viven. Descuidan el hecho de que los empleados tambi\u00e9n son clientes y, a menudo, disfrutan de una mejor experiencia de compromiso como consumidores que como empleados. Por su parte, los empleados esperan interacciones simples y fluidas y una experiencia del cliente dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n, accesible en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo con lo que los empleados entran en contacto debe fluir. Los servicios deben ser accesibles desde un solo lugar, disponibles y precisos. Deben ser adaptables a las necesidades individuales de una forma sencilla.
