artificial?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Al transformar nuestro mundo, la IA y la automatizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n borrando los l\u00edmites entre las tareas realizadas por m\u00e1quinas y humanos. Como resultado, ciertos roles tradicionales est\u00e1n desapareciendo y se est\u00e1n formando otros nuevos. A ra\u00edz de esta interrupci\u00f3n, la inteligencia emocional (IE) ofrece algunos recursos tanto para los empleados como para los empleadores. El setenta y cuatro por ciento de los empleadores y el 58% de los empleados no supervisores est\u00e1n convencidos de que la IE ser\u00e1 un requisito clave para el \u00e9xito en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. Despu\u00e9s de todo, la IE es el \u00e1rea en la que la IA tiene dificultad para replicarse. Para el nuevo informe del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Capgemini, Inteligencia emocional: el conjunto de habilidades esenciales para la era de la IA, quer\u00edamos investigar la creciente importancia y relevancia de la inteligencia emocional en la era de la automatizaci\u00f3n y la IA. Con estos fines, encuestamos a 750 ejecutivos y 1,500 empleados, y realizamos entrevistas en profundidad con m\u00e1s de 15 expertos de la industria, acad\u00e9micos y ejecutivos de nueva creaci\u00f3n. Nuestra investigaci\u00f3n mostr\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La IE ser\u00e1 una habilidad imprescindible en el futuro, y es probable que la demanda se multiplique por seis en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los procesos de personas de las organizaciones no est\u00e1n adaptados a la edad de las m\u00e1quinas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una fuerza laboral emocionalmente inteligente beneficiar\u00eda a organizaciones y empleados por igual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-adopta-el-poder-de-la-ie\"><strong>Adopta el poder de la IE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es necesario que los empleadores comiencen a construir una fuerza laboral emocionalmente inteligente hoy. Para hacerlo, deben personalizar los programas de aprendizaje existentes para integrar la IE y hacerlos accesibles para todos, modificar los procesos de reclutamiento para incluir la evaluaci\u00f3n de la IE, aplicar una lente de la IE al promover y recompensar el talento, y utilizar la tecnolog\u00eda para construir una cultura de IE
