cada vez m\u00e1s el autom\u00f3vil como una extensi\u00f3n de sus vidas digitales, el uso de asistentes de voz en ellos est\u00e1 en aumento, de casi 50% en la actualidad a m\u00e1s del 70% en el futuro cercano. Nuestro apetito aparentemente insaciable por los asistentes de voz se traduce en una gran oportunidad para las organizaciones automotrices, si entienden c\u00f3mo satisfacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solo lo mejor&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el nuevo informe del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Capgemini, Voz sobre la marcha, encuestamos a m\u00e1s de 7,000 consumidores que utilizaron asistencia de voz dentro del autom\u00f3vil, 300 ejecutivos y realizamos varias entrevistas con ejecutivos senior de la industria automotriz y proveedores de servicios de voz. Encontramos que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se espera que los consumidores utilicen ampliamente asistentes de conversaci\u00f3n en el autom\u00f3vil (incluidos los asistentes de voz). Dentro de tres a\u00f1os, el 95% los utilizar\u00e1 para acceder a la informaci\u00f3n en sus autom\u00f3viles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los asistentes de voz brindan una gran oportunidad para ofrecer una mejor experiencia al cliente : el 76% de los clientes usar\u00edan el asistente de voz con mayor frecuencia si tuvieran una experiencia positiva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las organizaciones automotrices tienen que ofrecer una experiencia superior, en otras palabras \u201cAPE\u201d: Afianzar la relaci\u00f3n: educar a los consumidores, dominar caracter\u00edsticas b\u00e1sicas y abordar la privacidad; Personalizar: las micropruebas, agregan relevancia contextual y personalizaci\u00f3n; y Expandirse: integrar funcionalidades y construir un ecosistema para ofrecer servicios variados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hemos llegado a esperar una experiencia fluida, personalizada e interactiva de nuestros veh\u00edculos, y aunque los asistentes de voz en el autom\u00f3vil est\u00e1n mejorando, la mayor\u00eda de los consumidores esperan m\u00e1s. Si quieren que se escuche su voz, las organizaciones automotrices deben trabajar para superar las limitaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas existentes y mitigar las preocupaciones de privacidad. Sus esfuerzos ser\u00e1n recompensados \u200b\u200bpor la confianza del cliente, lealtad y la voluntad de pagar una prima a cambio de una gran
