Es por eso que el Capgemini Research Institute est\u00e1 lanzando una serie de notas de investigaci\u00f3n con orientaci\u00f3n pragm\u00e1tica sobre c\u00f3mo las organizaciones pueden tomar medidas sobre las cosas que importan a ra\u00edz de COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Queremos compartirte en esta ocasi\u00f3n sobre: El consumidor y el COVID-19: Investigaci\u00f3n global del sentimiento del consumidor en los productos de consumo y la industria minorista, examinamos c\u00f3mo los productos de consumo y las organizaciones minoristas pueden impulsar la resiliencia operativa y mantener su enfoque previo a la crisis en las relaciones con los clientes y el compromiso de manera r\u00e1pida, en un entorno din\u00e1mico y cambiante que ha interrumpido fundamentalmente el comportamiento tradicional de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A principios de abril, encuestamos a m\u00e1s de 11,000 consumidores en todo el mundo y descubrimos que el apetito por las compras en l\u00ednea nunca hab\u00eda sido tan grande, y continuar\u00e1 creciendo una vez que esta emergencia de salud disminuya.
