Sin embargo, no se trata de algo que nos trae la chica rubia del futuro para que limpiemos mejor, sino de algo del presente, de ahora mismo, que est\u00e1 enriqueciendo la experiencia de nuestros clientes, mezclando elementos del entorno real y del entorno virtual y creando una experiencia nueva. La realidad aumentada es adem\u00e1s interactiva en tiempo real. Aunque a veces se use como mera exhibici\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda, la realidad aumentada est\u00e1 destinada a ser el nuevo salto en la interacci\u00f3n de los clientes con nuestros negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La realidad aumentada nos permite mejorar, que no reemplazar, nuestro mundo. Combina el mundo offline y online para dar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre los productos y permitir tomar decisiones de compra m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas, aumentando los ratios de conversi\u00f3n. En definitiva, permite a nuestros clientes experimentar con nuestros productos antes de comprarlos en el mismo momento en que visitan la tienda f\u00edsica u online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La potencia y velocidad de conexi\u00f3n de los dispositivos aumenta d\u00eda a d\u00eda, lo que sumado al despegue del uso de smartphones, que permiten la experiencia en cualquier sitio y en cualquier momento, hace que la realidad aumentada sea un hecho ya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 necesitamos para conseguir esta realidad aumentada? S\u00f3lo dos cosas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 El escaneo de un objeto o persona f\u00edsica, ya sea su c\u00f3digo de barras, su foto, nuestra imagen en un espejo, una caja, un paisaje, la ubicaci\u00f3n de cualquiera de estos\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Contenido generado por el dispositivo que utilicemos, tanto si es un PC, un tablet, un smartphone, o un dispositivo espec\u00edfico ubicado en nuestra tienda f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este contenido puede ser informaci\u00f3n plana o contenido rico, y el escaneo puede hacerse por medio de c\u00e1maras, GPS, lectores QR\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale, pero en concreto \u00bfde qu\u00e9 tipo de aplicaciones hablamos cuando hablamos de realidad aumentada? Veamos algunos ejemplos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Reconocimiento de im\u00e1genes de lugares tur\u00edsticos para obtener informaci\u00f3n (Lonely Planet para Android)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Car Finder: existen numerosas aplicaciones, como la de Hexter Labs Software, que permiten ubicar d\u00f3nde aparcaste tu coche a trav\u00e9s de GPS e imagen tomada por la c\u00e1mara del dispositivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Escaneo de cualquier cartel de pel\u00edcula, logo de salas de cine, productoras, imagen, etc. Utilizando reconocimiento de im\u00e1genes, lector QR o c\u00f3digo de barras te muestra la informaci\u00f3n de esa pel\u00edcula y d\u00f3nde verla.&nbsp;De ah\u00ed, te dirige a la compra de entradas (intARact para Android).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 tiene que ver esto con mi negocio?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ray-ban.com\/spain\/science\/virtual-mirror\/\">Rayban<\/a>&nbsp;permite probar sus gafas sobre una foto tomada por la c\u00e1mara del PC o del dispositivo m\u00f3vil (iPhone).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metroparisiphone.com\/\">M\u00e9tro Paris<\/a>&nbsp;no s\u00f3lo ofrece informaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica y de transportes, sino tambi\u00e9n ubica tiendas y restaurantes al detectar los logos en las im\u00e1genes del m\u00f3vil o nuestra ubicaci\u00f3n por GPS, aportando m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.metroparisiphone.com\/images\/photos\/11.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ikea.es\">Ikea<\/a> nos permite probar&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ikeafans.com\/home\/mobile-augmented-reality-application-for-ikea-ps-range\">c\u00f3mo queda un mueble en nuestra casa<\/a> tomando la foto de nuestro sal\u00f3n con el port\u00e1til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ikeafans.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2009\/10\/ikea-sweden-augmented-reality-billy-bookcase-limited-edition-back-wall.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tesco.com\">Tesco <\/a>ha creado<a href=\"http:\/\/direct.tesco.com\/p\/inc\/specials\/ar\/!\"> toda una experiencia de Realidad Aumentada<\/a> que permite ver en 3D y desde casa los productos escaneandolos desde el cat\u00e1logo con una webcam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las aplicaciones son infinitas, s\u00f3lo buscando im\u00e1genes de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.es\/search?q=realidad+aumentada&amp;hl=es&amp;prmd=imvnsl&amp;source=lnms&amp;tbm=isch&amp;ei=7GdoT-CFOYfRhAf80_GaCg&amp;sa=X&amp;oi=mode_link&amp;ct=mode&amp;cd=2&amp;ved=0CDsQ_AUoAQ&amp;biw=1366&amp;bih=643\">Realidad Aumentada en Google<\/a>&nbsp; podemos ver muchos ejemplos de qu\u00e9 podemos experimentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante que tengamos en cuenta que el contenido sea adecuado al medio y a nuestro negocio.&nbsp;<strong>No hay que dejarse deslumbrar por la tecnolog\u00eda, invirtiendo grandes cantidades de esfuerzo y dinero en algo que ser\u00e1 poco usado, demasiado lento para los dispositivos que tienen que procesarlo o in\u00fatil para nuestros usuarios.<\/strong>&nbsp;Debemos buscar utilidades y contenido adecuado a nuestros clientes y a nuestras posibilidades y presupuesto. Adem\u00e1s, afecta a todos los canales, que se integran creando una nueva y \u00fanica experiencia multicanal. Es fundamental que la integremos en nuestro proceso de compra, no como una curiosidad adicional, ya que la realidad aumentada ayuda a los clientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 A descubrir qu\u00e9 comprar, creando expectativas y experiencias emocionantes del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 A acercarse a nosotros. Los juegos y contenidos de ocio ayudan tambi\u00e9n a construir una buena imagen de marca, a fidelizar y a compartir contenido generado por los propios clientes, aumentando la influencia en sus propias redes sociales y su experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Les ayuda a elegir qu\u00e9 comprar, obteniendo informaci\u00f3n adicional sobre los productos, prob\u00e1ndolos o configur\u00e1ndolos, observando c\u00f3mo les sientan o c\u00f3mo quedan colocados en su casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Les permite descubrir d\u00f3nde comprar, localizando las tiendas m\u00e1s cercanas, haciendo m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles las compras y m\u00e1s accesible la atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello, lo mejor es definir una estrategia multicanal clara, con una metodolog\u00eda que nos permita analizar y definir qu\u00e9 nos aporta a nosotros como negocio, a nuestros usuarios y clientes, y en qu\u00e9 puntos del proceso tiene sentido integrar la realidad aumentada y con qu\u00e9 medios. S\u00f3lo as\u00ed la implantaci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta ser\u00e1 un \u00e9xito en nuestro negocio y nos aportar\u00e1 valor real.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section
