Esto se entiende como la ilustraci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de c\u00f3mo crear historias digitales (la esencia misma de TechnoVision), tanto como resalta el llamativo desaf\u00edo empresarial tecnol\u00f3gico que anticipamos para el a\u00f1o que comenzaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para 2020, incluso seleccionamos dos: junto a la petici\u00f3n de <em>simplificaci\u00f3n<\/em> &nbsp;(tanto al considerar, seleccionar y aplicar soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas como en la mentalidad general de transformaci\u00f3n), <a href=\"\/ar-es\/sobre-nosotros\/csr\/\"><em>Arquitectos de Futuros Positivos<\/em><\/a> siendo presentado como un llamado a la acci\u00f3n para prosperar en la tecnolog\u00eda para combatir el cambio clim\u00e1tico, mejorar la inclusi\u00f3n digital y la diversidad, para crear m\u00e1s impacto social positivo. Con todo, esto hizo que se creara un embudo rico y relevante de iniciativas de tecnolog\u00eda empresarial que mantendr\u00eda el mundo digital ocupado y comprometido a lo largo de 2020 y m\u00e1s all\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, as\u00ed lo pensamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego vino la crisis de la pandemia. Sin avisar. Como un verdadero e innegable <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Black_swan_theory\">Cisne Negro.<\/a> Y todo cambi\u00f3: Surgi\u00f3 una lista de prioridades de negocio que van desde la supervivencia simple y la reducci\u00f3n radical de costos a trav\u00e9s de formas alternativas (a menudo digitales) de vender y entregar servicios y productos, hasta la planificaci\u00f3n de un crecimiento renovado despu\u00e9s de la crisis e incluso a la altura de la ocasi\u00f3n: la previsi\u00f3n de modelos de negocio innovadores que todav\u00eda parec\u00edan descabellados y riesgosos en los \u201cviejos tiempos\u201d: los de hace solo unas semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cualquiera que sea la prioridad, requiere mucha capacidad intelectual y creatividad para entender y seleccionar las tecnolog\u00edas que pueden impulsar los esfuerzos. TechnoVision ayudar\u00e1, ya que es un marco que puede sustentar cualquier historia digital, incluso las muy inesperadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Costo-efectividad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el paso del tiempo, la tecnolog\u00eda se ha utilizado mucho para mejorar la rentabilidad (de hecho, el leitmotiv de la edici\u00f3n de 2009 de TechnoVision fue, por razones obvias, exactamente eso). Y tambi\u00e9n hay muchas oportunidades en el panorama digital actual. Claramente, poner a\u00fan m\u00e1s datos en <a href=\"\/ar-es\/insights\/biblioteca-de-investigacion\/aplicando-technovision\/\">tiempo real<\/a> a disposici\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 clave para tomar decisiones informadas y basadas en hechos en t\u00e9rminos de d\u00f3nde y c\u00f3mo aumentar la eficacia. Y cuanto m\u00e1s se infundan estos datos en el negocio real, m\u00e1s &nbsp;<a href=\"\/ar-es\/insights\/biblioteca-de-investigacion\/\">poder para las personas<\/a> que hay, m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido se puede lograr el impacto. Pero es obvio que la crisis pand\u00e9mica est\u00e1 desatando todo el poder de la misma, aumentando su intensidad d\u00eda a d\u00eda. La entrega en l\u00ednea de alimentos y bienes est\u00e1 aumentando, y muchas organizaciones se encuentran en una olla a presi\u00f3n para ofrecer mucho mejores <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/service\/you-experience-2\/\">experiencias<\/a> de usuario digitales, m\u00e1s atractivas y efectivas, y la cadena de suministro ajustada necesaria para cumplir con ella. Definitivamente se tendr\u00e1 que recurrir al an\u00e1lisis en tiempo real de las redes sociales para comprender el impacto de la pandemia en el comportamiento y las preferencias de los consumidores. Tambi\u00e9n se tendr\u00e1 que evaluar la cadena de suministro actual, tanto para identificar los riesgos que podr\u00edan ocurrir por la ca\u00edda de los jugadores como para organizar los flujos de suministro de manera diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas conf\u00edan en la escalabilidad y elasticidad de la nube y la tecnolog\u00eda de colaboraci\u00f3n para permitir una fuerza de trabajo fluida y remota. (\u00bfAlguien menciona \u201cCisnes Negros\u201d all\u00ed, por cierto?) Y como muchos de nosotros r\u00e1pidamente recurrimos a los gustos de &nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.slack.com\/\">Slack<\/a>, &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/teams.microsoft.com\/downloads\">Teams<\/a>, &nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zoom.us\/\">Zoom<\/a>, &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/stormz.me\/\">Stormz,<\/a> y &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/klaxoon.com\/\">Klaxoon<\/a> para trabajar y co-crear juntos (o tener bebidas el viernes por la noche), nos damos cuenta de que el equipo ahora se ha convertido en el <a href=\"\/ar-es\/insights\/biblioteca-de-investigacion\/\">lienzo.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n para el renacimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada crisis tiene un fin, la pandemia eventualmente desaparecer\u00e1. Como este cisne tiende a ser bastante negro, es imposible predecir qu\u00e9 vida empresarial cuidar\u00e1 de ella. Pero eso no deber\u00eda impedir que nos preparemos para ello. Las organizaciones pueden simplemente buscar revitalizar lo que ya han estado haciendo, con el objetivo de escalar r\u00e1pidamente de nuevo y tener sus cadenas de valor en funcionamiento tan pronto como surja la oportunidad. Otros pueden encontrar inspiraci\u00f3n en los canales digitales alternativos y formas de trabajar que se han visto obligados a explorar.
