Con la mejora de la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, &nbsp;las primas se est\u00e1n incrementando, aunque los m\u00e1rgenes desafortunadamente para las aseguradoras no mejorar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ejecutivos tienen que gestionar una verdadera transformaci\u00f3n en sus compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasos tienen que dar para este cambio?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El primer paso<\/strong> responde a los retos inmediatos para preparar a la compa\u00f1\u00eda para crecer en un nuevo entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La presi\u00f3n por optimizar las estructuras de coste contin\u00faa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximizar la eficiencia en la gesti\u00f3n de siniestros y poner especial atenci\u00f3n en el control de la siniestralidad mientras se apuntala el crecimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La regulaci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n del capital econ\u00f3mico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un segundo paso, la <strong>digitalizaci\u00f3n <\/strong>entendida como una tendencia poderosa que \u201cimpacta\u201d en la agenda de los ejecutivos para mejorar ratios de retenci\u00f3n, cross selling y adquisici\u00f3n de nuevos clientes, como imperativo de adaptaci\u00f3n a una econom\u00eda digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, y no menos importante, es la <strong>anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong> por parte de las aseguradoras a las demandas de la exigente Gen Y y a las tecnolog\u00edas emergentes como Internet de las cosas y Big Data, que dan lugar a startups, modelos Usage Based Insurance, seguros Peer-to-peer, servicios con drones, aplicaciones para la mejora de la salud y traspasa las fronteras de la distribuci\u00f3n tradicional hacia modelos donde el seguro se difumina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mi opini\u00f3n prepararse para el futuro no es una opci\u00f3n y es necesario establecer una&nbsp; senda para gestionar estos pasos a fin de establecer unos s\u00f3lidos cimientos de cara al futuro inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las recomendaciones?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implantar un modelo orientado al cliente con apoyo de soluciones CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar la informaci\u00f3n cliente de forma \u00fanica, homog\u00e9nea,&nbsp; y \u201cregulada\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitar el acceso omnicanal mejorando los canales de relaci\u00f3n y la experiencia cliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potenciar la flexibilidad y agilidad en la configuraci\u00f3n de productos y precios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejorar la eficiencia de las campa\u00f1as de marketing para los distintos canales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potenciar las capacidades de gesti\u00f3n de datos de fuentes externas e internas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapt\u00e9monos a las exigencias de las nuevas
