As\u00ed concluy\u00f3 una discusi\u00f3n Serge Kampf, fundador de Capgemini conmigo y con Philippe Grangeon en 2010. Record\u00e9 esta frase cuando tomamos la decisi\u00f3n de renovar la imagen de marca de Capgemini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras mi experiencia coordinando la renovaci\u00f3n de la imagen de Capgemini, quiero compartir algunos consejos sobre cu\u00e1ndo y porqu\u00e9 iniciar un cambio tan importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pregunta sobre elegir el tiempo correcto es sin duda la que surge m\u00e1s frecuentemente, por lo menos para profesionales en imagen. No hay magia aqu\u00ed, pero tal vez algo que llamar\u00e9 <strong>\u2018alineamiento de las estrellas\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace siete a\u00f1os, Lider\u00e9 junto con @brendaclery, el cambio de imagen corporativa de Thomson a Technicolor. Esto fue resultado de un gran cambio en el negocio. Cuando Engie decidi\u00f3 abandonar el nombre GDF Suez, dos famosas marcas francesas, uno de los objetivos fue dejar atr\u00e1s un pasado complicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 50 aniversario de Capgemini, celebrado el 1\u00b0 de octubre, fue el tiempo perfecto para movilizar a la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Pero m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de este s\u00edmbolo, tambi\u00e9n influenciaron esta decisi\u00f3n la evoluci\u00f3n del mundo en el que opera y la evoluci\u00f3n del negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En 2017 Capgemini no se ve como en 2004, cuando fue su \u00faltima evoluci\u00f3n de logotipo.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Los ingresos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda se han duplicado, el n\u00famero de empleados se ha multiplicado\u2026 Pero viendo a detalle, los verdaderos cambios han ocurrido en el portafolio de servicios, cambios al enfrentar los retos del cliente para proponer las soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas adecuadas. En 2004 cloud era b\u00e1sicamente hospedaje web, y digital era desarrollo de sitios web. Las tres palabras \u2014consulting, technology, and outsourcing\u2014que gobernaron los servicios IT de las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas ya no aplican.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reputaci\u00f3n de marca tambi\u00e9n debe ser considerada. En ciertos mercados, la necesidad de hacer propuestas a clientes hist\u00f3ricos es menos cr\u00edtica que ser \u2018vistos\u2019 por nuevos perfiles de cliente, como el CMO. ELo que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/business-functions\/marketing-and-sales\/our-insights\/the-evolving-role-of-the-cmo?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_pulse_read%3BBB7R65vgQ7e1g%2B3G2PTu0g%3D%3D\">McKinsey<\/a> identific\u00f3 en 2007 como un cambio para el futuro finalmente sucedi\u00f3 en 2017; un cambio analizado a profundidad en un estudio reciente de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.gartner.com\/jake-sorofman\/yes-cmos-will-likely-spend-more-on-technology-than-cios-by-2017\/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_pulse_read%3BBB7R65vgQ7e1g%2B3G2PTu0g%3D%3D\">Gartner<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u00faltima estrella en alinearse, en mi opini\u00f3n una clave para una compa\u00f1\u00eda como Capgemini, es la marca como empleador; la capacidad de atraer talento. La visi\u00f3n de Capgemini, que el valor de negocio de la tecnolog\u00eda viene de y a trav\u00e9s de las personas, es \u00fanica en el mercado. Estas personas no s\u00f3lo son los usuarios y clientes, tambi\u00e9n son los futuros colegas que deben ser atra\u00eddos y retenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este dominio, los <em>millenials<\/em> est\u00e1n forzando a las compa\u00f1\u00edas a cuestionarse a si mismas, y consideran muchas razones para unirse. Un art\u00edculo de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbescoachescouncil\/2017\/02\/13\/three-ways-to-attract-millennials-to-your-company\/2\/#35a0fe2e5002\">Forbes<\/a>&nbsp;describe claramente esta evoluci\u00f3n, notablemente el prop\u00f3sito, sobre el que escribir\u00e9 ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, uno debe recordar que los impulsores clave que deben ser considerados para un cambio as\u00ed son los que finalmente impactar\u00e1n a los tomadores de decisiones de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, tanto internos cocmo externos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Esta es la primera
