En su entrada aqu\u00e9l daba su opini\u00f3n sobre Doocuments, un nuevo producto-servicio de alojamiento y compartici\u00f3n de documentos en la nube, tipo GoogleDocs&nbsp;y otros, todos ellos todav\u00eda muy lejos de poder ser sustitutos de un verdadero gestor documental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mi comentario b\u00e1sicamente me extra\u00f1aba de que las entidades financieras&nbsp;hayan empezado a optar por contratar este tipo de servicios a terceros, en lugar de constituirse ellas mismas en proveedoras de los mismos, sin haber vislumbrado el potencial que ello ofrece para conseguir uno de los objetivos siempre perseguidos de captar y fidelizar a sus clientes, en particular a los empresariales, ya sean Pymes, medianas o grandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os present\u00e9 la idea&nbsp;a alguna importante entidad financiera de ofrecer a sus clientes, en partiular a las Pymes, servicios de gesti\u00f3n documental, de forma gratuita o casi, como mejor manera de fidelizarlos. Posteriormente propuse eso mismo a alguna C\u00e1mara de Comercio, y a alg\u00fan colegio profesional. La idea era simple: todos, incluso a t\u00edtulo personal y no digamos si tenemos una empresa, nos podemos beneficiar mucho de disponer de un gestor documental, sin embargo dotarse de uno puede costar mucho dinero, incluso con soluciones \u201copen\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, \u00bfen qui\u00e9n mejor que en esas instituciones depositar la confianza para poner en sus manos nuestros documentos?. En particular en los grandes bancos, que disponen de toda la infraestructura para asegurar la continuidad del servicio, la confidencialidad, los back-ups, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dificultad entonces estaba en la anchura de banda, y en la calidad de las l\u00edneas y del servicio de acceso a internet, pero era evidente que era cuesti\u00f3n de tiempo, como as\u00ed ha ocurrido, que esas limitaciones desaparecieran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os&nbsp;ha surgido el concepto de \u201cla nube\u201d y cada vez&nbsp;hay m\u00e1s servicios que en ella se ofrecen, incluidos los colaborativos y documentales, aunque aun est\u00e9n lejos de brindar las mismas funcionalidades que los productos que pretender suplantar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que me sigue resultando sorprendente es que los bancos no hayan apreciado en todo este tiempo que brindar ese servicio a sus clientes les permitir\u00eda no s\u00f3lo ganar m\u00e1s dinero (incluso much\u00edsimo dinero), sino sobre todo conseguir el objetivo en el que todos est\u00e1n hoy m\u00e1s empe\u00f1ados que nunca: retener y fidelizar a sus
