Todos podr\u00edan lanzarse sobre este y alimentarse, pero su aprendizaje les indica que no es lo aconsejable (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.javiermalonda.com\/2010\/04\/la-paradoja-de-los-monos-y-los-platanos\">Monos y pl\u00e1tanos<\/a>).&nbsp; Es como si en estos tiempos todos tuvi\u00e9ramos que confiar \u00fanicamente de nuestra experiencia o la experiencia adquirida, sin disponer de bases s\u00f3lidas, para poder tomar ninguna decisi\u00f3n.&nbsp; A partir de vivencias anteriores, nuestras o heredadas, basamos nuestra capacidad para tomar nuevas decisiones.&nbsp; Pero \u00bfeste mecanismo es siempre correcto? Y \u2026 \u00bfqu\u00e9 sucede cuando la experiencia se pierde? O peor a\u00fan, \u00bfqu\u00e9 sucede cuando la informaci\u00f3n para aplicar nuestra experiencia est\u00e1 formada por mil millones de cestos con comida?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por un lado, en la toma de decisiones, si buscamos la base cient\u00edfica, jam\u00e1s nos deber\u00edamos encontrar con la respuesta: \u00abno lo s\u00e9. Aqu\u00ed, las cosas siempre se han hecho as\u00ed\u00bb. Debemos disponer de todas las informaciones necesarias para que la decisi\u00f3n a tomar sea lo m\u00e1s correcta posible.&nbsp; Mejor a\u00fan, esta informaci\u00f3n la debemos disponer en el momento adecuado e incluso, esta informaci\u00f3n la ha de disponer la persona adecuada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, no debemos permitir que la informaci\u00f3n, y mucho menos&nbsp; las reglas de negocio para la toma de decisi\u00f3n, radiquen en unas pocas personas. Eso condicionar\u00e1 el futuro de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n&nbsp; a la capacidad de estas personas para \u2018tener un buen d\u00eda\u2019 y no permitir\u00e1 poder mejorar esas reglas que seguramente deban evolucionar, al tiempo que nuestra empresa. Las Reglas de la organizaci\u00f3n deben estar escritas, han de poder evolucionar y sus resultados han de ser medibles, lo que permitir\u00e1 evaluarlas y mejorarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, debemos ser conscientes que se prev\u00e9 un crecimiento de la informaci\u00f3n en el mundo tal, en la que pasaremos de disponer de 1,8 Petabytes en 2010 a 35 en 2020. Esto supone un crecimiento del 1845%. \u00bfSabremos qu\u00e9 informaci\u00f3n es \u00fatil? Actualmente, la tradici\u00f3n nos indica que nuestros legacies nos ofrecen la informaci\u00f3n que requerimos, pero debemos plantearnos si seremos m\u00e1s competitivos con la informaci\u00f3n que compartimos con nuestros partners.&nbsp; Pero podemos ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1. \u00bfY la informaci\u00f3n de nuestros clientes? Actualmente hay informaci\u00f3n de nuestras organizaciones en los sitios m\u00e1s inveros\u00edmiles. Debemos prepararnos para utilizar esta informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque\u2026. \u00bfrealmente esta informaci\u00f3n es \u00fatil para mi organizaci\u00f3n? \u00bfQue existan&nbsp; 700 millones de usuarios de redes sociales, o 1.200 millones de m\u00f3viles, de ellos&nbsp; 220 millones de smartphones es importante para m\u00ed? Quiz\u00e1s sea interesante saber qu\u00e9 opina el mercado de mis productos, saber qu\u00e9 es lo que realza, o en el peor de los casos, saber c\u00f3mo mejorarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pongamos que s\u00ed. Es el caso del F.C. Barcelona, capaz de interactuar con sus seguidores desde el pasado mes.&nbsp; Estamos hablando de ofrecer nuevos servicios a&nbsp; m\u00e1s de 28 millones de seguidores en facebook, y disponer de informaci\u00f3n que seguro ser\u00e1 importante para la toma de decisiones tales como la ubicaci\u00f3n de nuevas tiendas.
