La masificaci\u00f3n de productos en el mercado y la intensificaci\u00f3n de la competencia enfrentan a las aseguradoras a un entorno que ofrece productos cada vez m\u00e1s personalizados, con ciclos de vida cada vez m\u00e1s cortos y necesidades de adaptaci\u00f3n a las nuevas regulaciones normativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consumidor actual ha pasado de ser una figura pasiva, a adoptar un comportamiento activo con poder suficiente para lograr que las empresas adapten los productos, a sus requerimientos. Esto implica nuevos desaf\u00edos internos en torno al proceso de lanzamiento de productos al mercad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identificar oportunidades en el mercado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dar respuesta a las exigencias del mercado en tiempo (Time to Market)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplificar el proceso de lanzamiento de productos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejorar la eficiencia de los recursos involucrados en el proceso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agilizar el an\u00e1lisis de viabilidad y la relaci\u00f3n coste-beneficio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establecer protocolos claros de gesti\u00f3n del proceso de lanzamiento de productos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ofrecer mayor facilidad en la adaptaci\u00f3n de los productos para el cliente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos estos factores exigen la adaptaci\u00f3n de las entidades a la complejidad, lo que hace necesaria la apuesta por estrategias como PLM (Product Life Cycle Management), que engloban el concepto de empresa extendida, soportando la comunicaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n entre las distintas \u00e1reas que intervienen en el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, \u00e9sta estrategia permite componer de forma din\u00e1mica y flexible, nuevos productos para lanzarlos al mercado. Su punto fuerte se basa en establecer una estructura com\u00fan y homog\u00e9nea para todos los productos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, lo que permitir\u00e1 a medio plazo una mayor reutilizaci\u00f3n de dise\u00f1os y tecnolog\u00edas, y por lo tanto desarrollos m\u00e1s \u00e1giles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las entidades deber\u00edan gestionar plataformas que cubran y optimicen toda la red global que interviene en la generaci\u00f3n de un producto para obtener los m\u00e1ximos beneficios como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acelerar la innovaci\u00f3n rentable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducir costes de desarrollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejorar la calidad del producto mediante la gesti\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n, procesos y &nbsp;decisiones a trav\u00e9s de la red global<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reutilizar dise\u00f1os y reglas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Especializar productos por l\u00ednea de negocio y tipo de cliente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector tiene el reto de afrontar el desarrollo de nuevos productos asegurando su calidad y&nbsp; mejorando su eficiencia respecto a la competencia mediante el Time to Market, a la vez que se optimizan costes del producto y se controla el gasto en
