En marzo de 2012 Google ha anunciado un cambio en su algoritmo que preferencia las apariciones en blogs, foros, redes sociales y wikis en sus par\u00e1metros de posicionamiento; Bing ya hab\u00eda comenzado en 2011 teniendo en cuenta los \u201cme gusta\u201d de Facebook,&nbsp; y Yahoo ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo. Estamos ante una nueva generaci\u00f3n de motores de b\u00fasqueda que cambia las reglas del juego y que avanza hacia un Internet social, sem\u00e1ntico y contextual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta ahora los buscadores, con Google a la cabeza acaparando el 80% de las b\u00fasquedas hechas en Internet, se basaban en criterios b\u00e1sicamente de sintaxis: las webs compet\u00edan entre s\u00ed por obtener las primeras posiciones en la lista a base de optimizar sus contenidos para ciertas palabras clave, obtener enlaces desde las webs consideradas <em>autoridades<\/em> para dichas palabras y en definitiva hacer ciertas cosas de una determinada manera para que el buscador las recompensara con un mejor posicionamiento (SEO). Quien no quer\u00eda o pod\u00eda cumplir con esta lista de normas de buena conducta de los buscadores pod\u00eda recurrir al posicionamiento a base de pago por click (SEM) y el Social Media Marketing, la presencia en redes sociales, surgi\u00f3 como un apoyo a estas actividades y un modo de acercarse a los usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora <strong>con la nueva ponderaci\u00f3n en los buscadores en favor de lo social, la influencia de la actividad en medios y redes sociales sobrepasar\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s a la que podamos conseguir mediante las t\u00edpicas t\u00e9cnicas de SEO<\/strong>, probablemente hasta extinguirlas, mientras que el SEM entra en ca\u00edda libre: los estudios de usabilidad sobre los enlaces patrocinados demuestran que los usuarios los ignoran precisamente por considerarlos publicidad, y se los \u201csaltan\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es el nuevo posicionamiento llamado social o contextual: los buscadores quieren reconocer con mayor precisi\u00f3n lo que el usuario realmente quiere encontrar, quieren darle menos opciones y m\u00e1s relevantes, quieren ser m\u00e1s inteligentes. Y la forma de lograrlo ideada es hacer que los propios usuarios, agrupados en redes y comunidades, sean quienes den valor a los conceptos, en detrimento de la acaparaci\u00f3n por uso reiterativo de las palabras clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el usuario esto significa que se le va a ahorrar tiempo y trabajo en navegaci\u00f3n y b\u00fasqueda; <strong>para las empresas, significa ceder el control de la propia imagen en Internet<\/strong>, porque lo que los usuarios compartan sobre ellas en la red ser\u00e1 prioritario a la hora de otorgar PageRank.&nbsp; Esta nueva realidad puede comprobarse ya al hacer cualquier b\u00fasqueda. Pongamos por ejemplo la b\u00fasqueda de la palabra \u201cSharepoint\u201d para el idioma espa\u00f1ol&nbsp; en Google: el primer resultado es el sitio oficial de Microsoft; el segundo, la entrada del t\u00e9rmino en la wikipedia, que cualquier usuario de Internet puede modificar; el tercero, un post en un blog, titulado: \u201cCinco razones para no usar Sharepoint 2010\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2017\/07\/google_homepage_search1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2017\/07\/google_homepage_search1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-865\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para contrarrestar esta cesi\u00f3n de influencia en el PageRank, las empresas tienen que <strong>tomar las riendas y convertirse ellas mismas en el actor social predominante para su marca<\/strong>, generando comunidad y un valor social a\u00f1adido en torno a la misma. Ya era altamente recomendable, pero a partir de ahora pasa a ser vital: generar contenido de calidad y facilitar su viralizaci\u00f3n en blogs y foros, generar v\u00ednculos con la comunidad de usuarios target, estar presente en sus redes sociales e interactuar con ellos son actividades fundamentales para ocupar los primeros puestos y controlar la propia reputaci\u00f3n en la
