Bueno, podr\u00edamos &nbsp;abundar con el mito tal y como nos lo detall\u00f3 un tal Plat\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el congreso de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bdigitalglobalcongress.com\/\">BDigital <\/a>de este a\u00f1o , tuve la oportunidad de presentar la visi\u00f3n de Capgemini al respecto de las Redes Sociales y su interacci\u00f3n con el Business Intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta presentaci\u00f3n se enfatiz\u00f3 en el uso tradicional de la informaci\u00f3n que realizan las diferentes organizaciones, donde&nbsp; disponen de toda la capacidad de los sistemas transaccionales con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Por otro lado, disponen de la potencia de BI tradicional donde pueden disponer de la perspectiva financiera (lo que ha sucedido), la visi\u00f3n de los datamarts anal\u00edticos, la&nbsp; perspectiva interna o procesos que indican c\u00f3mo alcanzar objetivos de la empresa y la mejora continua, para mejorar los procesos\u2026. Pero\u2026. Quiz\u00e1s estamos viendo&nbsp; el reflejo de la realidad. \u00bfNo deber\u00edamos a\u00f1adir una nueva perspectiva? es decir\u2026 \u00bfsomos conscientes de si la sociedad nos est\u00e1 entendiendo? Es m\u00e1s, \u00bfsomos capaces de mejorar nuestros procesos con las redes sociales? \u00bfPodemos analizar mejor y de forma unificada a nuestros clientes? O ya directamente, \u00bfpodemos identificar a nuestros clientes directos con los usuarios de las redes sociales?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra respuesta a estas preguntas, es S\u00cd. Es decir, tenemos que disponer de la informaci\u00f3n referente a nosotros que hay en las redes sociales y confrontarla con nuestra realidad, de esta forma las decisiones que podamos tomar siempre ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s reales y dispondremos de la respuesta del mercado de forma inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a
