En Espa\u00f1a se prev\u00e9 un el incremento del uso del canal m\u00f3vil de un 7,7% entre 2012 y 2017<\/em><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>El 17% de los clientes espa\u00f1oles de banca retail consideran cambiar de entidad bancaria en los pr\u00f3ximos seis meses y un 45% adicional afirma no estar seguro de si permanecer\u00e1 o no en la entidad. Esta es una de las conclusiones del \u00faltimo Informe Mundial de Banca Retail (World Retail Banking Report 2013) elaborado por Capgemini y Efma. Los bancos tienen la oportunidad de reconstruir su relaci\u00f3n con los clientes, centr\u00e1ndose m\u00e1s en ellos y sus necesidades mediante una mejor gesti\u00f3n de toda la informaci\u00f3n disponible y el desarrollo de capacidades m\u00f3viles para crear interacciones m\u00e1s personales. Este informe se basa tanto en los resultados de una amplia encuesta a &nbsp;clientes, como en el \u00cdndice de Experiencia de Cliente, que mide la percepci\u00f3n de 18.000 clientes de 35 pa\u00edses
