En cuesti\u00f3n de segundos he pasado de sentirme un cliente privilegiado a sentirme un cliente del mont\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas deben de cuidar las notificaciones que hacen a sus clientes: email, sms, mms,\u2026&nbsp;; no env\u00edes una promoci\u00f3n \u201cexclusiva para ti\u201d, si voy a poder saber que se la hab\u00e9is ofrecido tambi\u00e9n a mi amiga, a la amiga de mi amiga ,a su madre; no me resaltes que hay un \u201cpremio para ti\u201d (<em>afirm\u00e1ndolo<\/em>), si lo habr\u00e1 cuando te consiga 8 clientes m\u00e1s; no me ofrezcas un descuento \u201cs\u00f3lo hasta el 15 de marzo\u201d y luego env\u00edes otro ampliando descuento hasta final de mes\u201d <em>(te ha ido mal y venga, ahora decides que lo ampl\u00edas, \u00bfno?).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos esto y muchos m\u00e1s, son mensajes que al final dan una muy mala imagen de la empresa al consumidor, ya que no es que no le est\u00e9s dando ni importancia ni le est\u00e9s haciendo sentir \u00fanico, si no que le est\u00e1s enga\u00f1ando, haci\u00e9ndole sentir \u201cinocente\u201d <em>(me he cre\u00eddo tus mensajes-en un inicio) <\/em>y adem\u00e1s dej\u00e1ndole ver una mala gesti\u00f3n de tu departamento de marketing y las promociones que ofrece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, a la hora de enfocar nuestra estrategia de marketing y CRM, hay que ponerse en la piel del cliente, es f\u00e1cil, todos somos uno de ellos, y utilizar todas las herramientas posibles (CRM, Redes sociales\u2026..) para de verdad, hacer sentir al cliente \u00fanico y as\u00ed, aumentar tus
