En t\u00e9rminos de consumo, tienen mucha m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n antes de comprar que otras generaciones gracias a Internet y las m\u00faltiples posibilidades que les ofrecen los canales digitales \u00bfUn riesgo para las empresas, no?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo actu\u00e1n en el sector asegurador estas j\u00f3venes generaciones que hemos denominado Millenials? Recientemente se ha publicado el Informe Mundial de Seguros 2016 en el que se pone de manifiesto que los millennials espa\u00f1oles son los m\u00e1s insatisfechos con sus aseguradoras, s\u00f3lo el 22% define como positiva la experiencia con su compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Informe tambi\u00e9n se destaca que en nuestro pa\u00eds, la experiencia positiva de la Gen Y es significativamente inferior a la media mundial: un 22,1% frente al 33,9%, respectivamente. Analizado por canales, en los tradicionales s\u00f3lo el 23,9% de los millennials espa\u00f1oles se muestran satisfechos frente al 35,5% de los millennials a nivel mundial. Y en los canales digitales, esta diferencia es de un 19,3% frente a un 30,5%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector asegurador tiene que estar atento a esta generaci\u00f3n, ya que los bajos \u00edndices de experiencia positiva de la Gen Y representan un aspecto particularmente preocupante para las aseguradoras.&nbsp; Por otro lado, uno de cada cuatro millennials, asegura estar dispuesto a adquirir una p\u00f3liza a nuevos actores \u2014compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas y start-ups\u2014 en lugar de adquirirla a una firma tradicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La evoluci\u00f3n del Internet de las cosas (IoT) junto a los cambios en los comportamientos y preferencias de los millennials, provoca que las empresas aseguradoras tengan que transformarse obligatoriamente para cubrir las expectativas de estos nativos digitales y enamorarles para \u201cretenerles\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00a1Enamoremos a los
