Pero tambi\u00e9n es sobre tecnolog\u00eda: conectar front-ends de usuario, datos del consumidor, soluciones de administraci\u00f3n, y alinear los procesos de negocio orquestrando las interacciones del cliente con la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ar-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2018\/03\/cloud-commerce.png?w=216\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15803\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que hay cinco reglas sencillas para alcanzar el \u00e9xito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La experiencia del consumidor no se debe dar por sentado<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras m\u00e1s satisfechos est\u00e1n tus clientes, es m\u00e1s probable que gasten contigo. Un estudio reciente de Capgemini reforz\u00f3 que la experiencia del consumidor es valiosa \u2013 81% de los consumidores est\u00e1n dispuestos a pagar m\u00e1s por una mejor experiencia. Los consumidores est\u00e1n listos para recompensar una mejor experiencia con mayor gasto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto no s\u00f3lo es verdad para el mercado B2C, tambi\u00e9n es cada vez m\u00e1s importante en el&nbsp; mercado B2B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Los comportamientos de compra est\u00e1n cambiando&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya sabemos que las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas est\u00e1n impulsando nuevos comportamientos tanto en B2C como en B2B.&nbsp; Las demandas de los clientes B2C acerca de facilidad de uso, eficacia, disponibilidad en cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento son evidentes y aceptadas. Pero los compradores B2B tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n cambiando. Los analistas nos dicen que hay un cambio de paradigma sobre c\u00f3mo los consumidores B2B est\u00e1n cambiando su viaje de compra \u2013 por ejemplo, hay mayor propensidad hacia el autoservicio. Seg\u00fan el B2B eCommerce Playbook 2017 de Forrester, en 2016 el 68% los compradores B2B prefieren investigar en l\u00ednea por su cuenta, comparado con el 53% en 2015. De igual forma, el n\u00famero de compradores B2B que prefieren no interactuar con un representante de ventas como su fuente primaria de informaci\u00f3n increment\u00f3 de 59% a 60% en el mismo periodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aplica la regla dorada del \u201csegmento de uno\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser un negocio que le vende a otros negocios, es importante entender no s\u00f3lo lo que hace feliz a tu cliente (el comprador), pero tambi\u00e9n influir en las acciones que toman como resultado de la interacci\u00f3n con tu marca. En mi opini\u00f3n, el \u201csegmento de uno\u201d cambia el juego. S\u00e9 claro sobre las necesidades individuales del cliente, y entrega una experiencia de acuerdo a estas necesidades individuales. Esto es completamente diferente a la segmentaci\u00f3n de clientes basada en perfiles gen\u00e9ricos, y es mucho m\u00e1s efectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Forja lealtad real&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La digitalizaci\u00f3n de nuestra sociedad ha generado menor contacto personal. Cara a cara es s\u00f3lo uno de los canales disponibles para tus compradores, y no siempre es el camino preferido. Esto tiene implicaciones sobre c\u00f3mo tu marca es representada. Por lo tanto, es vital que construyas una relaci\u00f3n con tu cliente que vaya m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de ser transaccional y se convierta en algo que es verdaderamente personal y positivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alinea tus operaciones de negocio a tus clientes&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El reporte mencionado tambi\u00e9n nos dice que las organizaciones que han vinculando fuertemente sus operaciones de negocio con la experiencia del cliente, cosechan mayores recompensas en t\u00e9rminos de <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Net_Promoter_Score\">NPS<\/a>\u00ae y percepciones positivas del cliente. Ya sea que vinculen de forma cercana (monitoreo diario de NPS o desempe\u00f1o de experiencia del cliente, y compartir la informaci\u00f3n con los administradores para alinear las operaciones de negocio y el desempe\u00f1o NPS) o que vinculen de forma general (monitoreo de NPS o experiencia del cliente de forma regular o en intervalos fijos), es una acci\u00f3n clave para mantener felices a
