En otras palabras, \u00bfcu\u00e1l debe ser el fundamento gu\u00eda para la compa\u00f1\u00eda, y, eventualmente, la marca?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dichos proyectos de cambio de imagen corporativa pueden tomar varios meses, y muchas veces es dif\u00edcil saber por d\u00f3nde comenzar. El primer paso siempre debe ser revisar la raz\u00f3n de ser de la im\u00e1gen de marca. Aqu\u00ed fue donde nosotros en Capgemini, junto con nuestra agencia (BrandPie), comenzamos a construir los cimientos de nuestro reciente proyecto de cambio de im\u00e1gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La buena noticia es que r\u00e1pidamente identificamos que nuestra imagen se percib\u00eda como antigua, mientras que nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ar-es\/grupo-capgemini-y-sus-cifras-clave\/our-vision-and-mission\/\">visi\u00f3n y misi\u00f3n<\/a> \u2013 nuestros principales diferenciadores-&nbsp; se perciben como consistentes y actuales: una diferenciaci\u00f3n basada en nuestro enfoque en las personas (a\u00fan cuando tratamos con tecnolog\u00edas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cerrando la brecha<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro problema era que el cuerpo y el alma no estaban alineados, un concepto que ha sido descrito a detalle por el analista de Forrester&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/go.forrester.com\/blogs\/soulsearching\/\">Dipanjan Chatterjee en uno de sus blogs<\/a>. Quisiera aprovechar la oportunidad para agradecer a Dipanjan por ayudarnos en recta final antes del lanzamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro principal reto: evolucionar la marca respetando sus principios b\u00e1sicos, las personas e infundiendo otras caracter\u00edsticas esenciales requeridas por el \u201cnuevo mundo\u201d: emoci\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n, precisi\u00f3n y simplicidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como lo explican muchos puntos de vista de branding, al crear una nueva imagen de marca, se debe de tomar una dif\u00edcil decisi\u00f3n: \u00bfqu\u00e9 conservar? Vale la pena leer este art\u00edculo sencillo e interesante sobre los <a href=\"https:\/\/thenextweb.com\/dd\/2014\/06\/03\/7-rebranding-mistakes-avoid\/\">errores a evitar al cambiar de imagen corporativa<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Construyendo un puente entre el pasado y el futuro&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al finalizar este primer paso, acordamos lo que deb\u00eda conservarse y lo que deb\u00eda ser celebrado. Coincidimos en que nuestro nombre, reconocido internacionalmente, era un s\u00f3lido recurso que deb\u00eda conservarse. Tambi\u00e9n concluimos que nuestro as de espadas, elegido por nuestro fundador, Serge Kampf por ser la carta m\u00e1s poderosa en una baraja, era un s\u00edmbolo ic\u00f3nico, que nos une internamente y nos identifica externamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que decidimos comenzar con esos dos ingredientes. Con estos principios establecidos, y de acuerdo sobre los intangibles, comenzamos a crear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fase de dise\u00f1o tuvo muchos pasos, con la espada redonda, cuadrada, o romboidal \u2013 muchos puntos, redondeada, doblada o derecha.
