Por ello, comprender y empatizar con su entorno brinda la posibilidad de ejecutar una transformaci\u00f3n que realmente se alinee a los objetivos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, en donde la comunicaci\u00f3n entre todos los colaboradores sea clara y precisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con una encuesta realizada por Capgemini<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, 75% de los l\u00edderes de recursos humanos considera que sus empresas no utilizan las redes sociales de forma adecuada, 26% cree que aplican el an\u00e1lisis de la fuerza laboral de manera poco efectiva y casi 70% piensa que no existe una completa integraci\u00f3n de los sistemas de TI en RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas estad\u00edsticas dejan en evidencia que en muchas ocasiones el \u00e1rea de RH est\u00e1 rezagada en cuanto al uso de procesos digitales y por ello, se le dificulta hacer frente a los desaf\u00edos modernos. Los millennial, por ejemplo, est\u00e1n acostumbrados a interacciones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas y concretas, por lo que valoran las experiencias personalizadas en donde perciban que se han considerado sus necesidades y preferencias a lo largo del proceso<a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, la labor del \u00e1rea de RH es ser emp\u00e1ticos con los retos actuales de diversidad generacional y de g\u00e9nero, a trav\u00e9s de plataformas que brinden informaci\u00f3n continua, relevante y que apoye con medios de colaboraci\u00f3n y de intercambio de conocimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora bien, es importante tener en cuenta que una transformaci\u00f3n digital no consiste \u00fanicamente en la introducci\u00f3n de una nueva plataforma, sino que implica una serie de cambios positivos orientados en optimizar los procesos y descartar pr\u00e1cticas tradicionales que ya no aportan valor. De esta forma, RH puede realizar un manejo m\u00e1s eficiente de su tiempo, enfoc\u00e1ndolo a proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos y servicios de atenci\u00f3n al personal. Adem\u00e1s, permite reajustar la organizaci\u00f3n a fin de fomentar el empoderamiento de gerentes y empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda existen plataformas dedicadas al intercambio de informaci\u00f3n continuo y relevante, basadas en la evaluaci\u00f3n de sus procesos actuales, la gesti\u00f3n del rendimiento y procesos, as\u00ed como los desarrollos de capacidades de operaci\u00f3n en la nube. Por ejemplo, SAP SuccessFactors HCM, implementado por Capgemini, es una soluci\u00f3n integral en la cual el \u00e1rea de RH tiene a su alcance la informaci\u00f3n precisa para ser mas productiva, al realizar an\u00e1lisis basados en los objetivos de la organizaci\u00f3n, y por ende mejorar la toma de decisiones<a href=\"#_ftn3\" id=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>. De esta forma, se dedicar\u00eda menos tiempo en tareas administrativas y m\u00e1s en la ejecuci\u00f3n de direcciones estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La modernizaci\u00f3n no debe verse como una inversi\u00f3n innecesaria o un proceso tortuoso para implementar, ya que, al contar con la asesor\u00eda apropiada, la mejora de los procesos en el \u00e1rea de recursos humanos se llevar\u00e1 a cabo de forma fluida y asequible. El lograrlo requiere compromiso a lo largo del camino y una consultor\u00eda que cuente con una metodolog\u00eda, tecnolog\u00eda, innovaci\u00f3n y experiencia para lograr una implementaci\u00f3n y monitoreo continuo.
